Smart Start is a free program offered by the YMCA of Greater Toledo to help our members get started.
Start earning YMCA360 Rewards
Members can earn points for checking into our branches, earning points to redeem for YMCA merchandise and or YMCA of Greater Toledo Gift Cards.
Joining the YMCA360 rewards program is as easy as 1-2-3.

Members can earn points for completing everyday items like using the bar code check-in. The complete list of ways to earn points is available on the rewards page in the app.
Rewards are redeemed through the app’s reward page. Navigate to this page by clicking the “My Points” tile on the home screen and selecting the “Rewards” tab. Follow the steps in the app to redeem a prize once you qualify and a YMCA employee will contact you via email shortly after.
Rewards are ordered after receiving any needed details (i.e. size & location) and for some items can take up to 3-4 weeks to receive.
Members will need to turn on their phone’s location services in order to earn points for checking in. Using features like storing the bar code in the Apple Wallet or on their watch will not allow users to earn points at check-in.
Member Discounts
Members receive discounted pricing on programming and special events.
Active members receive disounts on paid YMCA programs.
Examples of programs: Swimming lessons, Gymnastics, Sports, etc.

Members receive discounts on YMCA Storer Camps.
YMCA Storer Camps is located in Jackson, Michigan and serves kids and adults through summer overnight camps, specialty camps and retreats.
