HIIT Boxing is a 60 minute small group training program incorporating cardio, agility, coordination and power rooted in the elements of boxing. Experience style program with a certified trainer in an inclusive and empowering environment. Focus is on developing and improving hand – eye coordination, agility, balance, power and core strength. Class will utilize specialized equipment such as the heavy bags and speed bag. Our unique equipment and interval training style makes this class a fun and challenging full body workout. Gloves available for use upon request.

Stay Fit 4 Life is small group functional training to improve coordination, agility, balance, strength and flexibility. Utilizing a variety of fitness equipment like bands, balls, weights, TRX, BOSU, and The Step to name a few. Cardio and strength exercises are designed to work on specific joints and muscles individually and also in combination as full body function. Classes finish with a relaxing stretch to complete the process.
