Every year as a break from school approaches, parents are looking for fun activities to keep their children active and engaged. Our camps are the perfect solution! Our sports and specialty camps have fun covered from basketball to soccer, legos, and ninjas. Specialty Camps focus on youth development through fun and engaging preschool, school-age, and teenagers curriculums. Each camp specializes in a unique theme of activities, projects, and more.

Ages 3 TO 5
If your child loves animals this is the camp for them! Discover new critters and learn how to walk, talk and squawk with the animals.
Explore ocean creatures, wildlife, and jungle animals of all kinds.
This camp has the campers explore all aspects of art and materials. Including painting, sculpture, and drawing. On the last day of camp, campers will create an Art Exhibit display for families to enjoy.
Learn the world of science through discovery with daily themes like weather, colors, magnets, gravity, and water.
Jumps, stunts, kicks, and more! We will focus on tumbling skills for beginners through intermediate levels. Campers will enjoy craft time as well!
The pompoms will be out and ready to cheer! Campers will learn basic tumbling skills, cheers, dances, and more. There will be a performance at the end of the week for families.

This camp is all things dance and art. Campers will dance their way through the week learning hip-hop, ballet, jazz, and lyrical. In addition, they will be developing their art skills in pastels, watercolors, and more!
Disney themed days with movie, crafts and games.
This camp will focus on the four main events which include floor, beam, bars, and vault for beginner through intermediate levels.
Campers will learn how to use the force to build and race pod racers, focus energy through meditation, and practice lightsaber skills.
Learn basic cooking skills each week when they cook their own meal while trying new ingredients, spices, and recipes.
Budding little artists learning art basics with paint, clay, and more!
Explore different science experiments and why things happen the way they do.
Campers enjoy a day of singing and dancing along with a tea party, arts, crafts, and making new friends.
Work on skill development, foot skills, goalie techniques, and speed drills to improve our future soccer stars!
This high-energy camp will explore the fundamentals and drills of soccer, basketball, baseball, hockey, cross country, and more.
Campers can come dressed in their favorite characters and enjoy a week of make-believe. Activities include learning how to draw their favorite superhero or princess and story time.

Come and learn the fundamentals of America’s pastime! This camp is designed to teach each tool of baseball including hitting, base-running, fielding and pitching. Games and scrimmages will take place throughout the camp. Your camper will have a chance to develop their skills in an environment that emphasizes good sportsmanship, teamwork, cooperative play and a love of recreational sports.

Deck the halls and celebrate with us as we create Christmas crafts and enjoy fun and festive activities.
Join us for an afternoon of hands-on fun! At this camp, your child will create a sculpture of their favorite animal or pet. Sculptures will be made using sculpting clay which is baked.

Down, set, hut! Get ready to develop and practice the skills needed for flag football. Participants will learn to pass, receive, run effective routes, and defend. Games and scrimmages will take place throughout the camp.

Ahoy Ye Pirates! Campers will have fun with pirate activities, making pirate hats, going on a treasure hunt and more!
Join YMCA Basketball Director of Operations John Vandecaveye and experienced coaches from the area. John is a former basketball player at the University of Toledo and has 20-plus years of experience as a varsity head coach at Blissfield High School.
John and the coaches will focus on the fundamentals of basketball, dribbling, passing, and shooting defense with games and competitions for awards!
Each participant receives a YMCA drawstring bag plus lots of chances to step to the challenge to win awards throughout the week like free throw competition, hot shot competition, layup competition plus more! Space is limited! Camps will focus on the following: Skill Development Instilling a love of the game having fun!

Francis Family Climbing Camp is four fun-filled days for youth climbers of all abilities! Climbers will work on footwork and route-reading skills, developing efficiency and confidence while top roping and bouldering. Additional training, games, and team-building activities provide campers with opportunities to challenge themselves and explore new skills.
